"You can't become anything in your life, see you have scored less marks in exam". I remember some of my relatives said to me when they heard my marks, even worse others compared with my younger cousins. I felt marks are everything, marks matter but to certain threshold, after that whether scored you perfect grades or not. It doesn't mean anything. I felt sad and despair, should I pursue academia and research at all or not?

Now that I am working as a Research Assistant in a Lab, I realize, I have so much to offer than my only average grades. If somebody ever told you can not do anything in life, end up doing nothing, listen from one end and throw away from the other side, move on. Start working in your desire projects that interests you, explore, connect and keep going. eventually you will end up in your desire place.
